OUR PHILOSOPHY

If anything truly defines who we are, it is the rich culture and community found only in Louisville, KY. Our homes are the “Park Place and Boardwalk of Monopoly”, beautifully refinished and redecorated and only available to potential residents who qualify. We are privileged to serve people of all socio-economic status, disabilities, single mothers raising kids, and traditional families alike. We are kid friendly, pet friendly and will accommodate special needs such as wheelchair ramps and ADA compliant door knobs. When you move in, you become family. Government subsidy is accepted.

To bring peace, hope, and happiness to every family through affordable quality homes. We treat residents as if they are members of our own family. The resident experience and memories created are important to us.
